Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Norse AI Solutions AB ("we", "our", or "Frej.ai"), a Swedish legal entity with company registration number 559495-2649 and registered address Askrikevägen 32, 181 46 Lidingö, Sweden. By purchasing access to the service, registering for a free or paid subscription, or by clicking a box indicating acceptance, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. The individual accepting these Terms does so on behalf of a company or other legal entity ("Customer") and represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this Agreement.

2. The Service

Frej.ai is a cloud-based artificial intelligence service developed and operated by Norse AI Solutions AB, offering chatbots for customer support, sales, and user engagement. The Customer is solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, or otherwise provided through the service ("User Content"). Norse AI Solutions AB acts as a data processor for any personal data processed through the Frej.ai service, while the Customer remains the data controller.

3. Customer’s Subscription

The Customer may purchase a subscription to access and use the service under the terms specified in one or more ordering screens or agreements. All subscriptions are valid for the period specified in the applicable order. Use of the service is permitted only for persons authorized by the Customer and solely for the Customer’s own internal business purposes.

4. Usage Restrictions

The Customer undertakes not to, and not to allow users or third parties to:

  • modify, translate, copy, or otherwise create derivative works based on the service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service;
  • sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the service beyond the agreed scope;
  • use the service in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable data protection laws.

5. Financial Terms

The Customer shall pay for access to and use of the service as specified in the applicable order. All fees are charged in euros (€) and payment obligations are binding. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, fees are non-refundable.

6. Taxes

Prices do not include any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes imposed by any jurisdiction. The Customer is responsible for paying all taxes associated with their purchases. If Norse AI Solutions AB is required to pay or collect taxes for which the Customer is responsible, such taxes will be invoiced to the Customer.

7. Data Protection

Norse AI Solutions AB is fully committed to GDPR compliance and data protection. The processing of personal data within the Frej.ai service is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

By using the service, the Customer accepts the DPA, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Norse AI Solutions AB processes personal data only on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with the DPA and applicable data protection laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving notice. Upon termination, Norse AI Solutions AB will delete or anonymize Customer data in accordance with the DPA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norse AI Solutions AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Frej.ai service. The total liability of Norse AI Solutions AB under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.

11. Changes to the Terms

Norse AI Solutions AB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
