Terms of service

1. General These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Norse AI Solutions AB ("Frej.ai"), a Swedish legal entity. By purchasing access to the service, registering for a free or paid subscription, or by clicking a box indicating acceptance, you confirm your agreement to these terms. The individual accepting these terms does so on behalf of a company or other legal entity ("Customer") and represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this agreement.

2. The Service Frej.ai owns and provides a cloud-based artificial intelligence service offering chatbots for customer support, sales, and user engagement. The Customer is solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, or otherwise utilized through the service ("User Content").

3. Customer's Subscription The Customer may purchase a subscription to access and use the service under the terms specified in one or more ordering screens. All subscriptions are valid for the period specified in the applicable order. Use of the service is only permitted for persons authorized by the Customer and solely for the Customer's own internal business purposes.

4. Usage Restrictions The Customer undertakes not to, and not to allow users or third parties to, modify, translate, copy, or otherwise create derivatives based on the service; reverse engineer the service; or sell, rent out, or otherwise commercially exploit the service.

5. Financial Terms The Customer shall pay for access to and use of the service as specified in the applicable order. All fees will be charged in euros. Payment obligations are binding and, except as expressly stated in this agreement, fees are non-refundable.

6. Taxes Prices do not include any taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes, imposed by any jurisdiction. The Customer is responsible for paying all taxes associated with their purchases. If Frej.ai is required to pay or collect taxes for which the Customer is responsible, Frej.ai will invoice these taxes to the Customer.

7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party if the other party materially breaches this agreement and such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

9. Changes to the Terms Frej.ai reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. All changes become effective immediately after they are posted on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.
